Enabling Data Backup to the iCloud

eMoods data can be backed up into the iCloud. Enable this option on the iPhone side under 'settings' -> 'iCloud' -> 'Backup'

If you are utilizing the Cloud phone backup system, you may be able to recover your eMoods data by rolling back to your latest iCloud backup.

For additional data redundancy, we recommend exporting your app data via CSV as a manual backup as well, as described in Exporting/Importing Your eMoods Data.
