Troubleshooting Your App
Bug Reporting From Within The App
Please go to the settings screen in the app and click "contact developer", then send an email with a brief description or screenshot of what you’re experiencing. Emailing the eMoods team this way will automatically include an error log that will hopefully help us troubleshoot the issue.
Force Close the App
Try force closing the app by double-tapping the home button and swiping up.
Update eMoods
For any app that's abruptly experiencing trouble, it is recommended to check in the app store whether you're on the latest version. If not, update the app.
Restart Your Device
Even computers need a break; rebooting your device may resolve the issue. We recommend checking for an update beforehand.
